It is now RM 7 for a small plate and RM 9 for a big plate and RM 6.50 without eggs. And it's not worth it. The owners are getting more arrogant and the Fried Kuey Teow is soaky and taste quite bland.

James Pong´s last blog post..Mario Kart Love Song (Original) Video

I fully agree with andrew and cozuni. The last time I went was a few years ago, where I vowed NEVER to go there again. It happened like this: I insisted on going there for char koay teow despite my bf's protest about the long queue (coz the prawns were big, hehe). Telling myself that I can wait, I waited for 40 mins, eagerly eyeing the assistant whenever she walked past with plates after plates of koay teow. And whenever I reminded the assistant, she'd (without even looking at me) signaled with her hand to wait. Finally, the last straw was when a group of uncles walked into the shop and sat for not even 5 mins that the koay teows were served to them. I went right up to the frying aunty and demanded why I waited for 40 mins but still told to wait, while the other group got theirs so quickly. Then I added "they have money to pay you, and I don't have is it??" in front of everyone present (ha-ha). The aunty looked flustered and mumbled something about getting confused with the orders, and then said she'd fry for me now. But I said "no need already" and left the &*)#$&#%$) place. So there!
