We were invited once again for the preview of Jamuan Berbuka Puasa at Sarkies, E&O Hotel Penang. For the holy month of Ramadhan, Sarkies offers an array of dishes suited for ‘buka puasa’.
These include local staples such as Satay, Nasi Lemak, Murtabak and Roti Canai. Rendangs and curries are also aplenty best paired with a sumptuous plate of heartwarming Nasi Briyani.
For meat lovers, roasted lamb and sirloin will surely delight, while the action station offers plenty of grilled meats (chicken, fish, seafood, sausages). Not forgetting the chicken shawarma too!
